Anyone have any suggestions on who I should check out? Thank you!

specialty cake

Does anyone know of someone who makes wedding cakes from scratch? The pre-made mix that everyone seems to use contains bleached flour, which I am allergic to. Every caterer and bakery I have called uses this mix. I need someone who can make a cake with whole wheat flour. I'm in the northland, and would rather not have to get a cheesecake.
