Reception halls that allow your own food/beverages

The Sawyer Room allows you to choose your own catering and bring in your own alcohol. They do not provide beverages. The Sawyer Room is located downtown,5 minutes from North Kansas City.

I highly recommend the Weatherby Lake Community Center it's off Barry Road, west of I-29. I have had several gatherings and currently planning my reception to be there. I'm having the space problem. I'm have found that some hotels will allow you to bring in your own food and beverages but don't have enough space for a reception with dancing. My sister had a shower for me at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott at the airport and brought in all the food and drinks.
