Expected Guests?

I have heard that there is a set percentage of the invitations you send out to expect..even before you hear back from them...so you could plan. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Does anyone know what that percentage is..??

Bridesmaid problem

One of my bridesmaids has seemed to have ended our friendship and put it more into an acquaintance type of relationship. I've tried several times, and am getting no where. Is it appropriate to have someone take her place as bridesmaid and anyone have any ideas on how to approach someone with that on what to say??? I just have no clue how to handle something like this, wasn't anything I thought I would need to, ya know?!

groomsmen suck!

ok, well our wedding is about a month away, and two groomsmen live out of state and the other, well lets just say #!@?&!! i asked my groom to be what plans for bachelor party they had and he said no one has said anything yet. so i am going to take the liberty of attempting to plan him and some friends a night out, my groom wants to go to westport, i am looking for reasonable transportation for the boys and any ideas that could help me plan this. thank got my girls got the party planned for me, i just feel kinda sorry for him, and want him to have a special night too! please help!
